Rebrand it with your AI tool. 100% yours, no royalties.

The finished app: point the camera at a meal, calories in seconds, subscription paywall already wired. “Toast” is just our working title. Your AI tool swaps in your name in about 10 minutes; make it fully yours, then submit to the App Store and Google Play as your own.

Built for people who've never written a line of code. An AI tool like Cursor, Claude Code, or ChatGPT's Codex does the technical work.

Market proof

The market already pays for this. Sourced, not promised.

AI calorie tracking is the most publicly documented app-revenue story of the past two years. It's the category Toast is built for. Reference points, sourced:

The teardown

We didn’t guess. We built on what converts.

Before designing a single screen of Toast, we studied the category's three top earners screen by screen: their onboarding, their paywalls, their pricing, their retention loops. Then we designed Toast around what demonstrably converts.

All 237 screens of Cal AI, Yazio & Foodvisor. Analyzed.

The scan is the hook

Photo-to-calories in seconds is the moment that sells this category. It's Toast's core loop, and the first thing every visitor to your listing sees.

Paywall where it converts

All three top earners gate after the personalized plan reveal. Invest first, ask second. Toast's paywall follows the same logic, honest trial timeline included.

The obvious question

Couldn’t you just vibecode one?

In a weekend, sure. You'd be guessing. Every conversion-critical decision in Toast is backed by what the top earners already proved: the onboarding arc, the paywall placement, the pricing structure. You're not buying code. You're buying the part you can't guess.

The funnel

The onboarding does the convincing. The paywall does the asking.

The entire first-launch flow at five-times speed: every quiz step, the personalized plan reveal, then the hard paywall with its honest trial timeline. Nothing skipped, nothing mocked up. The subscription price you'll see is the demo's. Every buyer sets their own.

  • Full quiz arc, nothing cut
  • Personalized plan reveal
  • Hard paywall · honest trial timeline
  • Your price on the paywall

The finish line

Your name on it, not ours.

We call it Toast. You won't. Type the name you'd launch under and watch the listing become yours.

The feel

Real Liquid Glass. The iOS 26 look, natively.

Watch the tab bar. The glass actually refracts what's behind it and bends the light at its edges. That's Apple's own material, used throughout the app, not a CSS imitation of it. It's the difference between an app that feels current and one that looks like it was built years ago.

  • Native tab bar & SF Symbols
  • 120fps ProMotion animations
  • Glass on buttons, cards & sheets
  • Automatic light & dark

What you get

One folder. Everything it takes to ship.

Download it once. It’s complete. No credits, no platform lock-in, no monthly builder fee. You'll never read or edit any of it; it’s what your AI tool works with.

  • The complete working app: download once, runs on iPhone and Android
  • Everything behind it included: sign-in, cloud storage, and sync, pre-built and connected
  • Subscription paywall pre-wired: your price, your trial, your store accounts
  • AI meal scanning built in: runs on a pay-as-you-go AI account you set up in ~5 minutes (the guide shows exactly where to paste one code; ~$0.002 per scan)
  • Step-by-step guides written for AI tools: running on your phone in ~10 minutes, then the make-it-yours pass (positioning, pricing, features)
  • 12 months of code updates, pulled whenever you want them

Every app we modeled this on runs on the same business model Toast ships with: a subscription paywall in both stores. That mechanism is included, finished.

Native features, already built

  • AI photo scanning
  • True native iOS design (Liquid Glass)
  • Subscription paywall, pre-wired
  • Barcode scanning, no setup
  • Food search & describe-to-log
  • Streaks with a free weekly shield
  • Smart reminders
  • Exercise & water tracking
  • Works offline, syncs online
  • Smooth animations & haptics
  • Light & dark mode

Questions

Answered before you ask.

What exactly do I get?

A downloadable folder with the complete, working app: the full iPhone + Android app, everything that powers it behind the scenes, a subscription paywall already wired in, and step-by-step instructions written for AI tools. Download it once; it’s yours to modify and publish. No subscription to us, no credits, no platform.

Couldn’t I just build this myself with an AI app builder?

A basic version, sure. You could vibe code it in a weekend. But you’d be guessing. Every conversion-critical decision in our apps is grounded in category leaders that already grossed millions: the onboarding arc, the paywall placement, the pricing structure, the retention loops. You’re not buying code. You’re buying the part you can’t guess.

I can’t code. Is this for me?

Yes. That’s who it’s built for. You open the folder with an AI tool (Cursor, Claude Code, ChatGPT’s Codex, or similar), paste one line from the included rebrand doc, and it does the renaming, recoloring, and setup for you. You never have to read the code. Bigger changes (adding or removing features) work the same way: you describe, it builds.

How does rebranding work?

The folder includes a rebrand document your AI tool executes: your app name, colors, wording, icon, and the technical identifiers the stores require. It handles all of it, you just tell it your brand. For most buyers it’s about 10 minutes from download to a build that carries their name. That’s the rename. Before you submit, the guide walks the deeper pass we strongly recommend: your own positioning, store listing, screenshots, pricing, and feature mix.

Can I just rename it and submit?

You can. We strongly recommend you don’t. App stores reject look-alike submissions when too many near-identical apps arrive (Apple files it under spam; Google calls it repetitive content). The guide walks the full make-it-yours pass: your positioning, your store listing and screenshots, your price, and your feature mix. Your AI tool adds or removes features the same way it renamed the app. An afternoon of making it yours is the difference between a template in the review queue and your app in the store.

Is this a white label app?

Yes, in the plain sense of the words. You get a finished app to rebrand and publish under your own name: no royalties, no revenue share, nothing of ours left in it. The difference is depth. Most white label products stop at a logo swap. Here the guide walks the full make-it-yours pass: your positioning, your listing and screenshots, your price, and your feature mix. What reaches the stores is your app, not a shared shell.

Do I keep the revenue?

All of it. You publish under your own developer accounts and your own brand, and subscriptions run through your own store accounts. Revenue never touches ours. No royalties, no revenue share, no Applantic branding anywhere in your app.

How many apps can I publish from one license?

One commercial app per license. If you ship apps for clients, the agency license (about 3× the tier price) covers unlimited client apps from the same codebase.

What happens when someone else buys the same app?

Each owner launches under their own name, icon, positioning, and price (the make-it-yours pass the guides walk you through), in categories where the stores already hold hundreds of competing apps. Two full rebrands of the same codebase are just two more of those competitors, sharing nothing a customer ever sees. Nobody launches our working title.

What do I need to publish?

An Apple Developer account ($99/year) and a Google Play developer account ($25 one-time). The playbook walks you through opening both, no code involved. Done For You does the submissions for you, under your accounts.

What if App Store review pushes back?

The submission playbook covers the common review points, and the full rebrand we recommend (your name, icon, positioning, screenshots, pricing, and feature mix) is what makes the app yours in review’s eyes. We keep the codebase updated against store policy changes for 12 months. Done For You resubmits until you’re approved, and refunds in full if we can’t get you there.

What if it’s not for me?

14-day refunds, no questions asked, even after you’ve downloaded everything. Updates to the codebase are included for 12 months, pulled whenever you want.

What does the AI scanning cost to run?

Scans run on a pay-as-you-go AI account you create in about 5 minutes (Anthropic or OpenAI; the setup guide shows exactly where to paste one code). Roughly $0.002 per scan, about 30¢ a month for a user who scans five meals a day. Your account details never ship inside the app.

Does it work before I add any keys?

Yes. Demo mode runs the entire app with zero keys (sample scans, simulated purchases, local-only data) so you can preview and record it immediately. Add Supabase keys for real AI scanning and cloud sync, and RevenueCat keys for real subscriptions. Barcode lookup and food search never need a key at all.

Hard paywall or free tier?

Both are built in. One config flag switches between a hard subscription gate after onboarding (the category standard) and a soft free tier with a daily scan allowance. Ship whichever fits your positioning; no code changes either way.
