Refund Policy

The short version

  • 14 calendar days, any reason, full refund, even after you’ve downloaded everything.
  • Reply to your receipt or email ask@applantic.co; money goes back to your original payment method.
  • A refund ends the license. Delete your copies, don’t publish.
  • Done For You is fully refundable until kickoff. And always: approved on both stores, or your money back.
  • Local consumer law that gives you more always wins.

The promise

Every purchase carries a 14-day, no-questions refund. If the app isn’t what you wanted, for any reason, tell us within 14 calendar days of the purchase date and we refund you in full. “Changed my mind” is enough. The promise holds after you’ve downloaded everything, and it covers every tier and the agency license.

How to get it

Reply to your receipt email, or write to ask@applantic.co from the email you bought with. We process refunds promptly to your original payment method; banks typically post them within 5 to 10 business days. The refund is the full amount you paid, any tax inside it included.

What a refund means

A refund ends the License. By requesting one you confirm that you’ll delete every copy of the code and that you won’t publish or distribute it afterward.

Fair use of the window

The window exists for deciding, not for cycling. We honor one refund per app per customer, and we may decline where buying and refunding repeats. None of this touches an honest first decision, and your statutory rights are never affected.

Done For You

The service tier follows the Done For You service terms. In short:

  • Until kickoff (your completed brand questionnaire plus our written confirmation), cancel for a full refund at any time; the 14-day window doesn’t limit this.
  • After kickoff, if you change your mind, you keep the software and all Launch Kit deliverables, and of the amount you paid above the Launch Kit price we refund the milestones we haven’t started: make-it-yours pass 40%, listing and screenshots 30%, submission 30%.
  • The backstop, for products distributed through the app stores: if we can’t get your app approved on both stores within 90 days of first submission, you receive a full refund, or, if one store approved, you may instead keep the approved app and receive the difference between Done For You and the Launch Kit price. The service terms list the narrow buyer-side exclusions.
  • Store developer fees (Apple $99/yr, Google $25) are paid to the stores and aren’t ours to refund.

Chargebacks

Ask us first. A refund from us lands faster than a card dispute resolves. And with a 14-day no-questions policy, there’s nothing a dispute gets you that an email doesn’t.

Your statutory rights

This policy adds to, and never replaces, the consumer rights of the place you live. If your local law gives you more time or a stronger remedy, the law wins.
